the thing is he asks for wierd stuff...........like kraft dinner at 1am......... so i don't want his mom mad at me for making food at 1am

How old are you? Just take the friggin gun away from him. Tell his mother that she has to take the gun away from him before you come over to babysit again.

Take away his airsoft gun. If he calls and invites his friends, call the parents of the friends back and tell them that he is misbehaving and not allowed to have friends over right now... after all, you aren't being paid to babysit his friends. and if he can talk whenever he wants, then so can his sister.
Finally, tell his mom. A kid like that shouldn't HAVE an airsoft gun, or anything that actually shoots anything.

I had a similar problem. The little girl I nannied was a spoiled brat. She thought she should get whatever she wanted and if she didn't she would threaten to punch me in the stomach. I was pregnant and didn't find it funny at all. So one night after she went to bed, her father and I had a talk. The next day when I came over, the little girl came up to me and apologized. She never threatened me again. I have no idea what her dad said to her, but it worked. I'd recommend telling his parents. Request that they lock up his airsoft gun while they're away.

Just take a bazooka over. Really this is insane. Have you talked to the mother? Does she think he is an angel or will she believe you. I didn't really need the money that bad when I was babysitting. There were just some kids I would not take care of. They are their parents problems, not mine.

Most cell phones have a memo feature, get the little booger on tape threatening you. Then tell his parents. That way he can't lie and say he didn't do anything and even the most clueless parents can't deny their "little angels" threats. If his parents don't take this seriously then I would quit and call the police and report him before we get another whacked out kid shooting people at school.

Two things: Look the little brat straight in the eye. Look mean, say nothing for a count of five or so. (It scares them to be stared down). Then in a very calm voice say some thing simple like " that is not a good plan" or "are you really willing to go to jail for a peanut butter and jelly sandwitch?"
Then calmly call their mom, and yours too. You might need family backup.

Tell his mother, Call her right now, and tell her what he is doing. Then take that gun and hide it. Or the other way around if you cannot get away to call Mom without him threatening you.

Find out what scares him and threaten him with that. You need to put your foot down or he will continue to threaten. Tell his mom to take his gun away from him. Then he can't shoot you.

You should inform his mother as soon as possible, if not the authorities or a councilor. If someone does not put their foot down now, he may turn out to threaten people with a real gun someday.

this is what u do u call his mother and explain whats going on and ask for permissoin to take the gun away.then take it away and give him what he is asking for so if hes asking for snacks give them to him right after u take the gun so he doesnt sart throwing a tantrum.and hide the gun so he doesnt get it again.

p.s. only do this if hes asking for small things if hes asking to invite his friends or other things that u might get in trouble for just refuse and call his mother
