Heck no. You are doing pretty good. Your age "38" is key to why I say this. Just take a look at others who are in the "same age" range as yourself. The truth is, as we get older, "which everyone does sooner or later" the body's metabolism slows down, therefore the body gains weight. In my opinion, I feel U should focus on keeping that weight to stay where it is with proper diet and daily exercises. PS. What do U think about Your question? That is what really matters here.

Well i cant say your fat. It all depends on how you feel about your self, if your self concious about your size then maybe try to lose 10 lbs, its not hard just eat healthy and excersize i mean just take 5 hours out of your week and eat healthy how hard is that, and you will have that 10 lbs off in no time, 2 weeks top, if your doing it right and not cheating on your slef. But if you feel great and keep balanced dailey meals and excersize than thier is nothing wrong with being 137lb and 5'4, its all up to how you feel about yourslef,

137 lbs is good weight depending on how much you weigh. And you're definietly not fat. I weight 115 lbs and i'm 13 years old.

Ir's great, just the perfect weight. Tho it sometimes depends where fat is concentrated, for example I'm 5.3 and im 120 lbs but I still look fat. So I'm trying to build muscle.

Only by 17 lbs and that can be dropped in a hurry if you walk 2 miles twice a day for a month.

I'd say that's a good weight - some people whose BMIs are over normal sometimes are way fit - because muscle weighs in more than fat, and you know what? You're a good weight. Skinny girls scare me. Care to see for yourself?

your in a great weight, is normal for your height, u look healthy... if u think you look fat just do some exercise to pull up a little muscle, maybe sobe abs

you have a bmi of 23. 5 which is normal weight Normal weight = 18.5-24.9.
this is a good weight but losing a few pounds wouldn't hurt you but you do have a really good weight.
