You can consume1200-1500 calories a day to lose weight, if you cut back some, this would be better. Add some exercise into it and you'll lose faster too.

It depends, if you are trying to lose weight, just make sure to work off more calories than you take in. If you are trying to remain at the same weight, you should lose less than you consume.

Don't worry about it.

It depends on your activity level. I'd die if I only consumed that (no joke). I consume over 2500 kcal a day, and I'm very thin. Numbers don't matter as long as you balance.

Typically you should be consuming about 2000 kcal a day.
