I personally think that the kitten is playing. My kitten use to go chasing after our feet and he use to bite a lot.
Have you tried the water bottle set to mist idea? I used to sleep with it and walk around with it all the time. You can get a little tiny one probably at the dollar store, that's where I got mine.
Also never try to play with your cat with your hands and fingers. When you know that your cat is absolutely calm you can pet him but only for a short time or until the cat no longer tolerates it.
You can also try to play with him more. throw a small ball and make him run after it. It will tire him out and he will not be so hyper. Play with him A LOT! Get toys that he can bite on, like a stuffed little animal. Try to sit down with it and put the stuff animal near it and tease it with the toy. Also get wand toys they are best i think.
Do not try to push him, tap him on the head, roll him over, pick him on the scruff or anything like that. Do not do it because it makes them more aggressive and they will think you're playing with it.
Best advice I think, is to play with it (but don't use hands on him). Good luck :D

Your cat is going through a normal of developement. He is like a toddler. You need to get him toys to play with an your local pet store. Because your feet move along on the floor, he need to attack it. Cats are born to eat meat, your foot is a tasty bird, or mouse, that is in his brain, anyway. Get toys that move alone the floor when he touches it or attacks it.
Because he is so young, he has all this energy and needs a way to get it out of his system. A puppy is the same way.
And the problem of him biting you, this can be stopped with a little pop with the back of your hand when he is in the act of doing this. He has been conditioned to believe that it is alright to continue this kind of behavior. Now it is time to change that. When you smack him, he will run away and hide for a short while, like a small child, he will pout . My cat (now dead) used to do the same thing. When he is finished pouting, give him lots of attention and love. This might take a few days, but he will get the message that this behavior is not good. And no, it is not cruel to do this, because you are not hurting him. The action in itself is frighting him more than it is hurting him. The quick movement of your hand is what he is afraid of. So the lighter you smack him, the better he will learn his lesson. You can trust me on all of what I have said.
Been there..........my cat has done that........

You need to get a water pistol and keep it at the ready. When he attacks anybody's foot, give him a toot of water. Don't let him get away with it even once. It will stop him.
This, however, only cures this behavior, and the behavior is symptomatic of some other things.
First, your cat is a guy, and he is full of piss and vinegar. He wants to rough house, and you are his family, and he is playing with you as though you were a bunch of cats. He is training himself to hunt and survive on his own; and he is training for all the cat fights he will be in when he is older and finds a queen in season. All this is normal.
People will tell you to have him neutered, and having him neutered will prevent him from spraying. It will slow him down a little too, take the edge off some of his aggression. You should check with your vet and see what he says about what is the best age for neutering a male. I like to wait until 6 - 7 months, to be sure the ureters and urethra are developed, to prevent crystals in urine from blocking them. But my thinking might be outdated, and you should check with your vet.
But neutering him won't make him less of a guy, and this is guy behavior.
You need to get him some toys to drain away some of his energy. For a kitten this age, the Cat Dancer which attaches to the wall and costs about $8 really drains away a lot. And there is always the feather on a stick. Give him a window seat -- those platforms that attach to the window sill, and put it in a window where there is a lot to watch -- birds or passing traffic and human activity. Be sure there is a screen in the window.
Actually, the best thing for him would be another cat. He is telling you exactly that by treating you like a cat and playing with you as though you were a cat. This bad boy would do well with another guy, or with a little female. I just don't know if you and your family would want that. But it would really be the best thing you could do for yourselves and for him.
And you have to train him. DO NOT rough house with him and let him wrestle with your hand. If you play with him, always interpose a toy, like a catnip-stuffed mouse or some kind of stuffed toy, between his jaws and your hand. And when he bites you, go "Owwwww! You HURT me!" And look hurt and walk away. No more play. But if he takes the toy and chomps down on it, give him a kitty treat, and play with him more. It will take a little time, and all of you who come in contact with him have to be uniform with this program, or it won't work. But if you all do it, he will come around.
Hope this helps.

You can't let him go because of that!! Kittens go through phases. Your kitten is probably teething which means he's going to want to bite things. I had a cat that did that. It made me a little nutty but I never gave him up. He's really playful. Try playing with him as much as you can. You might not be enough. Drag string around so he chases it. Catnip. Catnip toys. The turbo scratcher with the ball that goes around. You can't get him neutered yet. Too young. My vet doesn't do it till 6 months. Other vets are different.

Well because awhile ago the cat was a kitten and likes to be rubbed and played with for comfort. Now that isis older it is more mature and does not like it. DONT GIVE YOUR CAT AWAY..... You would be a fool to ever in your life to do that. I thin kyou should just ot give it that much attention any more, and every time your cat jumps on yours or somebodys feet put the cat in one room and make it stay there for about 20mins. then it should learn after awhile that that is not allowed.

Does he have access to catnip? If so, REMOVE IT, completely, from his environment. It makes some cats a little nutso, especially too much of it. Had one it made goofy on me, and refuse to allow it for any since. Problem solved here. He might be just overstimulated, and not realize how hard he's playing, and that is more often the case than wanting to hurt anyone. HONEST.

Neuter him. I had a male cat that was not that aggressive per se, but he would from time to time try to attack my feet. Also he always urinated all over the house to mark his territory.
After I got him neutered, he is now the sweetest, most loving cat ever. I hear that neutered, male cats makes the best cats.

Your cat is just in a phrase right now. He might be teething or you should get him neutered. Next time you take him to the vet you can ask them why your cat is biting you. Good Luck

NEUTER HIM! He's old enough and young enough.
Also you can correct his habits by growl as a cat every time he does a "bad" thing. You're going to be like his mother, so teach him how to behave!
Every time he try to to bite just grab him from the nape (don't worry is not painful) and try to carry him... in that way you're "speaking" his own language and he'll get it!
good luck

"When he was little" ?!?!? You say he's only three months old! He's still a baby! This is how they play! He bites you because he loves you and cats do that to each other. Many cats like to pounce on the feet. I allow my cat to play with my dirty socks when I take them off, he's quite happy with that.
Also three months is old enough to get him fixed. This will help with aggressive behavior.,
