I think that he's FANTASTIC!!!!!! Good man, good driver, just needs a break which maybe he will finally get when he goes to HMS.

I am not a big fan of Jr but I do respect him as a good driver, not a great driver. Being a Gordon & Johnson fan I wish him well at HMS. My only question is to the Jr Nation & all the Gordon & Johnson haters, if Jr. starts to win at HMS, will Jr fans says & all the Jeff & Jimmies haters say he is cheating because some, not all but many fans cry foul or cheat if Johnson or Gordon win a race.

Dale Jr will finally come out of his dad's shadow at HMS. He has ,made some great decisions as of late. We are seeing a more mature Jr coming out.
Dale Sr would be very proud of his boy right now.
Jr should be able to capture a title or two with his new team.
He is also a great guy-down to earth and humble for the position he is in. He is also a loyal friend and brother.

I think he's only popular because his dad was Dale Sr. I haven't seen him do much racing lately, so I don't think he's that great of a driver.

i think he will do great with henrick racing but i don't like the idea of him being jeff gordon &johnson's partner i think that suck. i hope he will get to drive his 8 car next year too because he wouldn't look right with a different number

I think he is a great driver that when given the right equipment will show everyone that he has potential . Hie stepmonster has been holding him back. But Rick Hendrick has been treating him like a son and will do anything to get him to be a Champion !!!!

I am a huge Dale Jr. fan. Granted, i was a fan of his fathers, but still Earnhardt is a name that will always be associated with NASCAR and will always have a HUGE fan base. I believe he made the right move in joining HMS. Lets face it, thats the best thing for him to do if he wants that Nextel Cup.

Driver, owner, understands it is more then just driving, sales person, best and biggest fan base and he is just a cutie!!!

I think now we will see an improvement in his standings, and look for him to win the cup in the next couple of years. He has lots of potential, and now he can develop it.

He's a pure badass driver who doesn't need the Earnhardt name to be one of the most talented drivers in NASCAR. FACT!

Sportsmanship - He's great. He has a great positive attitude that alot of the drivers lack. I wont mention any names but complaining about cautions, almost hitting pit crews, and leaving the track in the middle of a race shows no support for fans, nascar, and teamates.
Driver skills - He is about an average but I can assure you that he will be awesome next year driving for HMS. He will learn so much on the new COT (without cheating :-) ).
We will see him win a championship within the next 3 years.
