i need some tips that can help me to speed up my metabolism....dont sat exercise cause im doing exercises and dont say keep doing your exercises....hot water with lemon i heard helps i need more things like this please.

metabolism is how many calories your body needs to work/move.
exercise regularly - the more muscle the faster metabolism
eat every 2-3 hours so your body has enough calories when it needs them and doesnt have any extra to store in fat reserves
at least 5 servings of fruit and veggies a day
at least 8 glasses of water a day
protein after working out to repair muscle

Eat small meals more often. Your body needs energy to burn energy. Hot water with lemon sounds more like a myth to me. Exercising regularly definitely helps. Just make sure you change up your routine every once in a while. You will get better results. I hope you are lifting weights. The more muscle you have the easier it is to burn energy/lose fat/raise your metabolism.

I've hear dthe lemonade thing too...but i belive it was that it stops you from being hungry. BUt also, green tea speeds up your metabolism! And is extremely healthy for you, and makes you feels better! Definatly try it! I drink it everyday and it works for me!
