Immediately.

Since the damage is done by your stomach acid, it would make sense that each and every time you vomit you are promoting SOME level of decay to your enamel.

Why? Have you been inducing vomiting?
Remember, your teeth are the least of your worries if you're bolimic.

I am making a wild assumption here but the reason I think that you are asking is because you want to try it for "just a while to lose a little weight" dont do that. It becomes an addiction. U cant just stop after a week and after a while u just do it without ever putting your finger down your throat. If you are not asking for this purpose..disregard!

Because vommit is acidic and will eat the enamel on your teeth over a prolonged period.

It starts eating away at the enamel as soon as you vomit. Please seek help for your eating disorder. My cousin died of anorexia. Her organs shut down after only 2 years of severe dieting.

HELLO,
I KNEW SOMEONE WITH THIS PROBLEM. HIS TEETH BECAME VERY TRANSLUCENT, AS THE INSIDE OF HIS TEETH HAD BEEN ERODED BY YEARS OF VOMITING HABITUALLY.
A DENTIST CAN ALWAYS TELL IF YOU'RE BULIMIC.
