Well, when you put it that way, it does appear that we are living in Hell. Geez, way to ruin the rest of my week ;-)

Nice little quote from Dr Faustus by Christopher Marlowe - Faustus asks Mephistopheles how, if he's a demon sentenced to hell, he can walk upon the Earth, and Mephistopheles replies "Why, I am in Hell". Faustus questions further, and is told something along the lines of "Wherever I am, I am in Hell, and wherever Hell is, there I am. For I have seen Heaven, spoke directly with God. Think then that any place else can be ought but Hell to me?"

Interestingly enough, Faustus responds to this by listing all the good things he can think of about the Earth, and says if he must be damned, then he'll be damned right here, tahnk you very much. Though it's not what Marlowe intended, I think we can take from this the idea that heaven and hell are but an outlook, and that any place, looked on with hatred, can be hell.

no, earth is not Hell. Everything you discribed there is true, we all go through tat on earth but we end up getting out of that pain, sorrow, loneliness, torment, etc. but in actual Hell we will NeVeR get out of it, its eternity. You only live on earth for as long as your body can hold it off, but in Hell its forever and ever and ever. Non stopping. So no, earth is not Hell, not even close

No, in hell, is what you just said right now. But, the pain and suffering is worse than worse than things here in the world. All the bad stuff is not compared to hell. It is so much worse. And the thing is, it never stops. The pain and suffering keeps on going for the rest of your liife. You are going to suffer if you dont except God in your heart. So I will pray that you will get to know Him more.

I've had a lot of unquenchable fire in my lifetime.

Yeah, some days earth is hell.
And some days I am sure I have seen or felt a bit of heaven.

p.s. Your pic is scary.

No , here you have joy , love , happiness , free will also with sadness , suffering, etc. On earth you have a choice to believe in God or not . Let Jesus pay for your sins now or YOU pay for them forever .

No. I think the Bible is pretty clear that Hell is a place other than earth.

There's a town in Norway called "Hell'. Does that count? Or maybe what you're talking about is called "marriage".
