Average height for 13 year old girls in the US is about 5'2". Average weight is 105 lbs or so. I don't know the relationship, or what that two inches should add to her weight. I got that information from the CDC's growth chart for girls. Good night!

well i checked for me but i'm 5'3
it was 110

5'4=120lbs.
5'0=100lbs. , every inch it increases by 5lbs.
