One that preaches that the Word of God is Divinely inspired. One where grace is preached which is the Gospel. Truth is spoken; love is shown; The Holy Spirit is not quenched; One that promotes healthy and safe relationships among it's members. One that is not legalistic or under the Old Covenant. One that does not promote worldly philosophies like homosexuality, evolution, liberalism, moral relativism, etc. One that lifts up the name of Jesus. One that flows in the gifts of the Spirit especially prophecy.

the actual Church could desire to have the flexibility to: a million. practice that it could hint its origins all the way down to the apostles. it truly is substantial using fact everyone can set up a church every time and declare to proclaim the interest of God while Christ favourite His Church 2 thousand years in the past no longer some years in the past. 2. practice that the training do no longer contradict the Bible AND what replaced into already believed by ability of the early Christian Church, which gave us the Bible. it truly is substantial using fact no longer all replaced into written interior the Bible touching directly to salvation(occasion: Trinity, is in no way suggested interior the Bible even however the daddy, Son, and Holy Spirit are suggested. a number of heresies arose touching directly to this concern however the early church settled it (study some records of the Church Fathers advert a hundred- 4 hundred) and defended the actual church from those heresies so as that on the instant, actual christians precisely know what the Church teaches on the Trinity). 3. That everywhere that distinctive church has community, its pastors/leaders and congregants truly adhere to a similar familiar teachings. God is fact, God is One, and so fact is One. If a definite church in one place teaches one ingredient and a similar church in yet another place teaches a contradiction then that may not the nicely suited Church.

A truly Godly church will preach from the Bible in such a way as to teach the folks the meaning of it all. Also, equally important is that the church should be witnessing to those who are in need of a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus. The church should have an outreach into the community......helping and serving others. I want to go to church for inspiration and for fellowship with the others who love God.

A good church will be a church with prayer and one that can reach God when he needs to be reached. I also prefer a church with people who can talk in tounges, which means that the holy ghost is there and that is a good spirit for everyone to have..if someone at the church has the holy ghost then you have a better chance of getting it.

The only good Church is the Church Jesus Christ established. Jesus did not organize an informal body of believers, but he organized a formal body of believers. So the question is not: "which church is a good church" but "which of all the churches is Christ's true Church?" To lead you to Christ's church I have provided below some signs of the true Church.

Some of the signs of the true Church are as follows:

Correct understanding of the Godhead: God created man in his own image, Gen. 1: 26-27. The Lord spoke unto Moses face to face, Ex. 33: 11. Eternal life is to know God the Father and Jesus Christ, John 17: 3.

First principles and ordinances: Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, John 3: 3-5. Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ, Acts 2: 38. Then they laid their hands on them, and they received the Holy Ghost, Acts 8: 14-17. Become children of God by faith in Jesus Christ, Gal. 3: 26-27. Repent ye, and be baptized in the name of my Beloved Son.

Revelation: Where there is no vision, the people perish, Prov. 29: 18. The Lord reveals his secrets to his prophets, Amos 3: 7. The Church is built upon the rock of revelation, Matt. 16: 17-18.

Prophets: The Church is built upon the foundation of Apostles and prophets, Eph. 2: 19-20. Apostles and prophets are essential to the Church, Eph. 4: 11-16.

Authority: Jesus gave his disciples power and authority, Luke 9: 1-2 (John 15: 16).

Additional scriptures to come forth: The stick of Judah will be joined with the stick of Joseph, Ezek. 37: 15-20.

Church organization: The Church is built upon the foundation of Apostles and prophets, Eph. 2: 19-20. Apostles and prophets are essential to the Church, Eph. 4: 11-16. Christ is the head of the Church, Eph. 5: 23.

Missionary work: Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, Matt. 28: 19-20. Seventy were called to preach the gospel, Luke 10: 1.

Spiritual gifts: They began to speak with other tongues, Acts 2: 4. The elders are to heal the sick, James 5: 14. Spiritual gifts are listed, 1 Cor. 12: 1-11.

Temples: I will make a covenant and will set my sanctuary in the midst of them forevermore, Ezek. 37: 26-27. The Lord shall suddenly come to his temple, Mal. 3: 1.

Our Church:

We believe that a local church is an organized congregation of immersed believers, associated by covenant of faith and fellowship of the Gospel; we believe that the church started during the Personal ministry of Jesus Christ; observing the ordinance of Christ; governed by His laws; exercising the gifts, rights and privilegs invested in them by His Word; that its officers are pastors and deacons, whose qualifications, claims and duties are clearly defined in the Scriptures. We believe the true mission of the church is the faithful witnessing of Christ to all men as we have opportunity. We hold that the local church has the absolute right to self-government, free from interference of any hierarchy of individuals or organizations; and that one and only Superintendent is Christ through the Holy Spirit; that it is scriptural for true churches to co-operate with each other in contending for the faith and for the furtherance of the Gospel; that each local church is the sole judge of the measure and method of its co-operation; that on all matters of membership, of polity, of government, of discipline, of benevolence, the will of the local church is final. ( 1 Cor. 11:2; Acts 20:17-28; 1 Tim. 3:1-13; Acts 2:41,42)

First a church has to be authentic in it's teaching.
That means it is true to the Apostles Creed.
Next it's clergy have to be under authority.
That means they're answerable to the heirarchy.
Third, the people have to be welcoming to all.

In my opinion, ONE thing that makes a church good is accepting ALL people.

A pastor and leadership that actually has a vision from God and a plan of how to get there; a congregation that loves God and each other; constantly growing (I don't mean in numbers: I mean in new converts); and more children than adults.
