Here's Chinese for you (in Traditional Script):

It's over:
結束了 (jié shù le,) Chinese for it's finished, it's done. 結束 means to finish, to conclude. 了 is an action marker denoting completion.

I am done:
我做好了 or 我好了 (wǒ zuò hǎo le) or (wǒ hǎo le,) means I am done, I am finished (with whatever you are doing.) 我 is the Chinese pronoun I, or me. 做 means to do. 好 in this context means done. 了 is an action marker denoting completion.

for =) you have used a translator, haven't you? you have made a lot of mistakes! however "it's over" in italian= è finita!
while "I am done" I don't know what means in english.
