There has been this creepy guy standing outside of my front door for the last three days, and he won't let me leave. On top of that, I just ran out of toothpaste. Is there anything else I can use to brush my teeth until I'm able to figure out a way to sneak out?

If this guy won't let you leave your own house/apartment, you should, firstly, call the local authorities. With him out of the way, you won't have any problem walking/driving to the nearest drug store for toothpaste...

In the meantime, like the others have said, a baking-powder solution will suffice.

And if the guy comes back, they can keep him in jail longer than "just overnight."

I've heard baking soda can be used as a substitute for toothpaste.
