I'm 20, Latina, and currently have a Latino bf...however, in high school i went out with the sweetest African-American guy (he was 22) and we were cool for about 6 months until he became too jealous. He wanted to control and that freaked me out. He met me when i was wearing a sundress with my legs showing and some cleavage, but then slowing started telling me to cover up! I don't think all guys are like that but he was. He and i still talk and we just friends. I hate all the rumors we hear about "black" ppl. I don't want to be mean, but u know what racist ppl say...things like they smell, ashy, getto, etc. It all depends on how well ppl take care of themselves( all races). Overall, i think ppl feel comfortable with their own race because its what we grew up with/seeing and stereo-typically, we stick 2gether. I think its beautiful when i see opposites...it gives me a feeling of peace. Just be yourself and find what flavor mixes well with your recipe! I personally prefer to have black male friends than black female friendsbc of my personal reasons. Dont get me wrong, okay! ***that's juz my experience and thoughts*** good luck a lots of xoxo

I never have and I'm not racist either. To Cristina - what we have to date members of other races in order to not be considered racist now? I personally am attracted to exactly the kind of guy I'm with right now - california surfer boys. YUM! I find blonde hair and beautiful blue eyes really attractive. Of course it has to be backed up by personality and a sense of humor. But looks do matter and those are the looks I like. I have a friend who's really attracted by asian women and he's white. So what! Go for what you like, whatever that may be!

My first kiss was from a black guy, but we never dated. I've dated white and Mexicans and Middle Eastern, but never black. I guess cause there isn't too many where I live.

No
I know of many good marriages mixed in the church,

yet on the streets its so many broken heart black and white girls with mixed baby and nothing more-I have made it my rule never to date anyone that has dated a black-if it worked they would have been married -if not I cant deal with their emotional horror stories and I have heard many of them.

I have been out socially with many black girls at church, many are very wonderfull and great friends. One with cancer i visited for many months before she died in her 20's and she thanked me for getting her into a bible course -she said David I can die now cause that course taught me so many wonderful things about Jesus and salvation, hope, forgiveness and on.

the reason I have never dated one is I dont have any romantic attraction to any of them

and this has helped me stay happy and friendly too=this is the best way to good laughter, fun and everwhat=see the lighter side of life, please!, and I am born Jewish

then again I am now kicked out of my synagogue because I am called a rebel, no not for my sins-they felt even if I was an atheist I am still Jewish, yet because I believed in hope and my Jewish scriptures-I am considered a traitor a rebel! Isaiah 9:6 "Unto us a child is born, a son is given, and he will be the mighty God and the prince of peace."

I wish the best for you and this was my breakthrough=when one realizes that Jesus unconditionally loves them
regardless of the torments of evil, problems, tests and trials, and tears through to smiles. May we realize that Jesus brings the
best in life to each of us every day, if we just open our spiritual
eyes=His mercies are new every morning, great is thy
faithfulness (Lamentations 3:21-26,. then a new beginning happens every day.
If you feel lost pray="Jesus help me, I am sorry for letting you down, forgive me and lift me up where I belong, come into my heart to stay, help me find your best way, amen." Revelation 1:1, & 3:19&20 spoken by Jesus from heaven "As many as I love, I rebuke and correct, turn quickly to me from sin. Behold I stand at your heart door and knock, if you hear my word and ask me in, I will come in and be your friend."

If we already had done that then its asking him to forgive and restore the joy of our salvation (Psalm 51)

Jesus understands us heart and soul, he is trustworthy,

have the best day ever, heads up and smiled, David

i do not think it should ever be about the skin color when it comes to dating....its about the mutual feelings that the two would have for each other!
