Yes, definitely. The prospective employer will know your entire educational history this way, plus he/she will see that you started at junior college and did so well that you were accepted at - and graduated from - a top university. Education isn't only about the GPA you had when you graduated, it's about how you did and what you accomplished along the way. Good luck with your job search.

If you graduated most definately.

Even if you did not, if your GPA is higher than 3.0 I would list it. The more education the better!

Nope, no need. The only college you need to list is the one where you received your degree from.

I would.
It shows that you worked hard to get to a higher class university to finish and that you are improving yourself.

No one really cares where you get your undergrad degree from anyway.
