I've had a tummy tuck. Plastic surgery isn't wrong or nasty. It's a personal choice. When one has had a significant weight loss or has been pregnant, the muscles get stretched and no matter how many sit-ups you do, it won't tighten those muscles or tighten the loose skin. It's a fact of life. I had the tummy tuck & if I had to do it over again, I would've had it sooner. I'm not skinny & I never will be. I saved my money for a few years & had the procedure. I have NO regrets whatsoever. It wasn't really painful and for me it was well worth it. I've had 2 pregnancies that took it's toll on my tummy & I'm soooooo glad I had the tummy tuck. I do recommend it for those who feel self concious about a tummy that hangs. I have a good self image, but I just didn't like my stomach. If you feel good about yourself & you want to do it. Go for it. You're not altering your body, you're just doing a little maintenance. Good luck & don't let anyone discourage you if that is what you truly want. 2D

No but several friends have had tummy tucks and if I had the funds I would have had it done a long time ago. Beware get a Dr. that it highly recommended don't look for a deal. Because it's very risky if you get a bad dr. LOOK FOR THE BEST. I am sooo envious.
Best of luck to you.

Tummy tuck surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Tour2india4health Consultants .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Tour2india4health Consultants is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.
