Like it feels like there something surrounding the sperm cord wat is this? is it normal? and how do i give myself a self testicular examination?

If something very peculiar is surrounding the sperm is because something is taken place.I can't tell you more because I don't know your age.If you're young chances are is nothing.However, if you're old,could be bad news.You can't take chances, so go to the doctor and see what is that.
