I have a friend who is a police officer, and he does work various shifts. But maybe once you get your class schedule the department could work around it and give you set hours each week. Best of luck.

Well, yes and yes.
Each department sets their own schedules so no answer is going to apply to all situations. Most employers (including police departments) like it when their employees go to school and many will rearrange schedules to help make that work.

a million. Get a job as a police officer and set the examples you think of they'd desire to. 2. as quickly as you have been a cop for awhile, you will understand why they injury (petty) site visitors rules...in the event that they run a pink gentle, are they going to a decision? in spite of the emergency lighting fixtures fixtures off, law enforcement officers will velocity, roll provide up signs and indications or fail to sign a turn. i've got discovered myself utilising the radio and pc mutually as using and thinking with regard to the dispatched suggestions and failing to sign or provide up each and every of how. If it is a pair of lost canines, there is not any stress and preoccupation. If it is a inebriated husband throwing fixtures, there is lots of stress and preoccupation.
