you need to put the drops in every night before bed for three nights, using a cotton ball to keep it from running out. Then on day four, you use a bulb ear syringe (found at your local drug store) and flush the softened wax out of your ear. If you can't flush it out, then you need to see a doctor for removal, never stick a swab or anything else in your ear.

The earwax remover may work, but if it doesn't you will need to see a doctor to get your ears properly cleaned. Seeing a Doctor about excessive ear wax is a good idea in any event.

It generally works immediately. Be sure you are following the instructions correctly. If you are and you still have the problem, you may want to see your doctor. The popping and clicking sounds more like Temporal Mandibular Joint Dysfuction (TMJ) that would need other types of treatment and left untreated only gets worse and becomes very painful.

I'll go with what RN, above, said, with one caution - be sure that the liquid you use to flush the ear is very close to body temperature. Cold (or even cool) liquid in your ear very suddenly can do some very strange stuff to your balance!!

No! Just get new Debrox! Always take the best care of your ears and do thorough research. Once you make a bad mistake with your ears, the consequences may stay with you forever.
