Actually, it's HEALTHIER to eat a larger lunch, then eat a small dinner. Because at the end of the day (after dinner), you don't do anything but sit around. So, if there's hardly anything to burn, you'll loose weight. And, when you sleep, you body stores whatever you haven't used of energy as fat. So, eat a bigger lunch, and have a small dinner.

It depends on what you are doing the rest of the day. If you are eating healthy meals and snacks and a small healthy dinner and exercising then YES, it will help. But if you are eating a lot of empty calories during the day and not exercising then it might just end up leaving you hungry by bedtime.

It isn't unhealty, it is actually more health concious. By eatting smaller portions and moving the time of your dinner up you should be able to change your metabolism, that isn't neccessarilly going to make you lose weight, but it should definately help!

It's not necessarily unhealthy. It really depends on what you eat the rest of the day and how you spend your time.
If you sit in front of the TV and eat all day, the size of your dinner practically doesn't matter.

no, eating less or nothing, will make you gain weight. Try a PROPER, portioned diet, with EXERCISE, and you will se results, but they take awhile. There are NO shortcuts. Do it right, or you will pay the price later. Remember, without exercise, NOTHING will happen.

no. why do u think its not healthy? because u are starving your body. and starving ur body will make it hold onto anything u eat and store it as fat. once u go off of ur "diet" u will gain it back plus more, because ur body will still be in starvation mode for a few weeks and will store everything as fat.
