I have been forgeting things like crazy and I am getting really mad at myself. Almost anything anybody tells me to do i forget. Does someone have some advice that would help me be not so forgetful. ( I don't want drugs or anything...just a reminder tool of some sort )

Sounds like you have something on your mind and that's probably why your forgetting things. I find when I go through those phases I keep a little note book and pen handy and when I think of somehting I need to do I just write it in my list and check it all the time. It really helps, some times even sub conciously when we are thinking about something else to write it down. And stop feeling crazy and angry with yourself this is normal and happens to everyone.

I'd forget my @$$ if it wasn't glued on! To remember what I need to take wiht me to work or on a short visit, I often hang it on the doorknob in a grocery bag. Of course, I have list after list after list. (Sometimes I forget to take the list. =:-s ) If it is really important, I get someone to remind me, or put it on my cell phone on the 'reminders' thingie. Then it will beep and remind me when I have to do something. Other than that, all I can advise is to not be too hard on yourself. We ALL forget things sometimes.

Write things down! It's an exellent way to remember and stay organized. I do it all the time, I mean even without it I would still remember, but it really does a fine job of keeping my Prioritys streight. HOPE THIS HELPS!! ~Cookiedough~

I have one of those pocket calendars that I carry in my bag all the time. I write EVERYTHING down. There's also a section for addresses and phone numbers.

Make lists and check yourself to see if you just have selective hearing when it comes to being told or ask to do something.
