You NEED to brush that filled tooth. As a matter of fact, that is the only way you can keep that filled tooth healthy.
If you don't brush off the sticky bacterial plaque that is on the tooth, the plaque will break down the tooth's enamel where it meets up with the filling, cause the filling to loosen, and cause a new cavity under the filling.

First of all it's a filled "tooth" NOT a filled "teeth". How old are u anyway? Well, it is okay to brush a filled tooth, when it is done drying.

MICHAEL,
FYI THE TOOTH WAS SAFE TO BRUSH THE MOMENT YOU LEFT THE DENTAL OFFICE. THIS IS ESPECIALLY TRUE IF THE DENTIST USED A WHITE FILLING WITH A BLUE LIGHT TO HARDEN IT.
THIS TYPE OF FILLING IS READY TO BE SAFELY BRUSHED THE MOMENT YOU LEAVE THE DENTAL CHAIR.
IF YOU DON'T BRUSH YOU WILL GET A CAVITY ON THIS TOOTH AGAIN = MORE DRILLING AND MORE SHOTS.

After a filled teeth, you shouldn't brush for a week or you'll wash the filling out.

Brush and floss or you'll get a cavity from plaque buildup.

IT'S ALL BECAUSE OF THE WEIRED FEELING AFTER THE REFILL. IT'S AS HARD AS A BRICK, SO AS LONG AS YOU'RE NOT EXPERIENCING ANY PAIN GO BACK TO YOUR NORMAL ROUTINE. OR ELSE IT WILL START DECAYING AGAIN AND HAVE YOU GOING FOR ANOTHER REFILL. FOR NOW EVERYTHING INCLUDING EATING ON IT IS GOING TO FEEL FUNNY, BUT WITH TIME YOU'LL BE BACK TO NORMAL MINE TOOK YEARS.
