18 you can work in any call center and get $11 and some have commission to make your pay check higher.
if you have a health card, go to the casinos and apply.
or do it on line.
$8 is any convenience store

With a health card, you can work in a restaurant or lounge, and make good tips. With your time off, get your GED. Then you can work anyplace you like. Is your health card the blue card for food service?

I think you will have to wait until you are 18 before working the tables or dealing cards so I don't think there is much work for a 17 year old.

Typical fast food (McDonald's, BK, etc.); the movie theater (they are always hiring)...
Why not go back to school and finish up? Or get your GED. This will give you more opportunities.
