At work, I met this guy who has been rather affectionate towards me. It turns out that he had to go on a trip for three weeks and we ended up kissing on his last day. The last time I talked to him was on AIM and he didn't seem very interested when he talked to me (bad mood maybe?). Ever since I have had very mixed feelings about the way he feels. When we're in person, he is very playful and makes most moves first. I would appreciate it if you give me some advice. I love you guys!

he seems like every other guy, you dont need to worry. men are not in mood to love when they're thinking about work and have other issues in their mind. its like their brain is chambered, one for work, one for family, one for sport.... and of course one for you, dont cal him to urself when he's not in your chamber. thats it

It would appear that you put a lot of importance into the kiss you shared with him on his last day. Why is that? There is nothing in your letter to suggest that you have both dated or talked about dating.However, it seems you would not mind dating him or having him as your boyfriend. If I am right, then I would advise that you take the direct approach.During one of your playful in person episodes, tell him quite plainly that you like him , want to date him and if he felt the same way.The worst that can happen is he might not be interested in you as a girlfriend which will make another guy somewhere a very happy man. You strike me as a woman who goes after what she wants . I hope I am right so I am going to wish you success in this pursuit.Good luck.

Starting a relationship or getting to know someone relationship-type is not the best way to go on the internet. Most people tend to be two-faced and wouldn't say some of the things that they would in person. If he's fun in person, then talk to him more that way. If I were you, on the internet, talk to him but don't get into deep conversations- that makes it awkward!! Good luck!
