Female small feet have always been attractive to the male. That's why the Chinese used to have their daughters crippled by the binding process. That idea has all but stopped these days.
Yes, well kept girls feet are an attraction. Some guys get off on it.
In isolation they wouldn't turn me on, but what is a total turn-off for me is feet with hard heels or other foot problems. Ugly feet. Or big feet. Bigger than UK size 5 is too masculine for me.
