My dog is sick he is a 6 month old golden retriever puppy. Yes i am going to take him to the vet if problems succeed so please dont tell me that.
He is drooling a little he is (this is kinda funny) farting alot, i can hear his stomach rumbling (not from hunger).
He hasnt eaten anything nor does he want to he has drank a little water, his nose is hot and dry and i am about to take his temperature.
Oh and he is up to date to all his shots, also can anybody tell me what may be wrong with him?
his temperature 102.4 F

Ok listen i do have an appointment for tommorow, i live in texas in a very small county and town. We have one vet and he cant get me in till tomorow! We dont have emergancy vets but we are getting one soon. I didnt mean to make you guys upset or whatever but i just wanted to know what i could do for now... Obivously you must not be like me because i am asking because my dog is my baby! I would never let him get too sick, i am one of those people who try to pamper them as much as possible but i am single and have a very low income. My vet charges $80 just for a visit or exam. I called them and they said "i will see what i can do tommorow" no advice what so ever. You people automically think i am a bad owner for asking but in reality im doing everything in my power to ensure my pup is ok. :-F

A normal temp is approx 100-102 F. Sounds like he may have eaten something or drank something that has upset is stomach. Check his gums they should be a nice pink color if he's pale--well you know take him to the vet.
If you live in the county he could have eaten some of a dead animal...this can cause some of the symptoms you're talking about along with vomiting and diarrhea and a secondary intestinal infection. I just treated my pup for this who is 6 months as well.
Even though shots are up to date if he does start to vomit or have bloody diarrhea, increased temp, and becomes lethargic take him to the vet immediately. Those are the common signs of Parvo.

The problem can range from to a chipped/cracked tooth or gum infection (the more common reasons), to poisoning or a foreign object lodged in the throat. Try checking your dog's mouth and look to see if you can spot the problem. Maybe there is a splinter or foreign object you can see and easily remove it without hurting the animal. Your dog may have swallowed something that was poisonous or an object of some sort or maybe it could be worms. They say alot of puppies can get worms. I got this info. from looking up puppy illnesses. I hope your pup is alright.

Anytime an animal stops eating it is a sign of pretty serious illness. It is impossible to diagnose on YA. Take him to the vet ASAP as a 6 month old does not have a fully developed immune system and not a lot of time to spare when they are sick.

first don't feed him he sounds like he has an upset tummy.
Do keep an eye on his temp the normal temp is 101.2.
if it gets to 103 you really need to find a vet that can see him.
make sure he is getting fluids even if you have to force it.
he may have just gotten into something that he shouldn't have.
I know he's your baby but you may want to keep him confined often with the gas and the rumbling tummy they end up with diarhea.
I wish you luck.
Hope everything will be ok. ps you may want to try to use a cold cloth and rub his belly and pads ( bottom of feet ) to help eith teh fever and give him ice water.

Sounds like he may have rabbies. Even if he has shots he still can get rabies. Also the pet food that was recalled could have made him sick. Yeah it's best to take him to the vet. and let the vet know what he has eaten in the past week.

Sounds like he needs an immidate trip to the vet. Waiting is only going make it worse. And if you wait too long it could end up being something that is not fixalbe because you waited.

I understand that you said
" Dont say take him to the vet " since you already know that
But Ide recommend taking him there before it gets worse. if you think about it. The sooner you take him the better he will get.
He may just have an upset stomach if he got into chocolate.
But im not a docter so ide just say take him to the vet.

Dood, take 'im to the vet! I know you said you'll take him to the vet if his situation worsens, but if you take the pup to the vet NOW, the problems can be stopped more quickly and the pup will suffer less.
