I am a perfectionist, and I desire G-ds perfection, for only he is perfect.....do you think G-d will give the desires of my heart? I really mean this......seek ye first the kingdom of God and his rightousness, and ALL these things shall be added unto you.....is G-d not perfect in heaven, I seek heavens perfection..... how is your faith to mine?

I mean if Jesus is real, it is because no one desired perfection or his rightousness, and his son was sacraficed, so you can go to heaven, and go your own way and be evil and just believe in his name to make you rightous. Kinda like he saved you from your rightousness.

First of all all of our riteousness is like filthy rags to God (Isaiah 64:6)… why? Because it is self centered and not something we desire out of love but out of making ourselves better among other things…
As far as us being made perfect on this side of heaven I doubt it will happen, it is what we should strive for however it is our weakness that perfects His power (2Cr 12:9)… it causes us to rely on Him and therefore grow in intimacy with Him which is what He has wanted all along…

Jesus wants us to live to be the very best we can.
But He lived among us, He faced what we face. He knows that COMPLETE perfection is not possible for man while on Earth.
But as Jesus promised, Yes, you will attain perfection in heart, mind, and body when you get to Heaven.

Perfection is not something that can be attained, perfection cannot survive change, whereas living things change constantly which means perfection is not realistic but it will always remain an impossible ideal and nothing more than an impossible ideal.

I'm sure it takes a lot of work on our part, because how can you be perfect if you WANT to be perfect? You would be looking at yourself and all your thoughts and imperfections, and then you will think about what you want to be, and then your mind will be in conflict.

It takes a lot of mental discipline to achieve this level of perfection you're thinking of.

No, because as humans, we are given to much free will to be completely perfect, and god will not force anything on us, if he did, why would there be people who stray from their faith, this can't be what god Wants for them, it is simply what they choose. As long as you follow god, he knows what you are capable of, and as long as you are following him, you will be perfect in his eyes, and you can't ask for more than that. Hope some of this helps you out, and god bless.

when you are born again, Jesus' blood covers your sin. since you are justified, the LORD looks upon you as perfect(as long as you live a repentant life).

part of your new birth is repentance - turning away from your sinful life & living a holy life, like God wants you to... as is specified in the epistles. these epistles (letters) were written to the already born-again Christian churches telling them how to stay saved once you are born again ... so the LORD does not blot your name out of His Book of Life.

so you are NOT to go your own way living your own way... when you are born again, your life is no longer yours to live like you want to. Jesus has BOUGHT you with His blood.
from that time forward, you are to live like HE wants you to live... that is, holy.

when you are filled with His Spirit (w/ the evidence of speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance), you feel conviction when you start to do something that God would not approve of. His Spirit gives you strength & presence of mind & heart to live righteously.

G-d grants you this life for you to learn. If you knew everything, you'd be G-d. If you were "perfect" you wouldn't need this "classroom" called life.

Your paragraph about Jesus, I really don't understand, so can't respond to that.

Perfection is objective. It is in the eye of the beholder.....therefore there is no such thing as perfection.

Just by wanting perfection, you are not perfect.
