I hear blonde jokes and stuff and wonder if men really believe that stuff. I have a college degree. I think dumb is genetic or drug induced. Not blonde.

rational, smart people do NOT be live the stereotype. They are just able to enjoy the jokes without having stereotypes affect their thinking. Same goes fro stereotypes of people of different races. Most people can see the stereotypes for what they are, and do not have their thinking swayed by general baseless comments.
So I guess my answer is no, most men do not stereotype blondes as dumb, but I would not rule out that they play along with the joke.

I love blondes,I think the are the cutest ones in the world ....Blonde hair,Blue eyes and a tight Body, You can't ask for anything no better..

my daughter is as blonde as blonde can be.no dyeing,a for real natural blonde.
she is also goergous,i had to beat the boys off before she left for college.
she has never had a grade less then b..ever,has a 3.8 gpa,and is going to law school next year.
she is honest and kind as well.she is staying single much to the dismay of a boy she dated in high school,because she is not sure of were she wants to settle down at,and wants to wait till she is done law school before she gets to romantically involved.i think that is intelligent and also honest to the boy,she does not want to hurt him.
she has "blonde moments" she jokes about,always loses her keys..but dumb...not a chance.
i will say alot of blonde girls play that role for guys,and society has conditioned most that blondes are nothing more then party girls and sex kittens.
as with all other's it is a stereotype and maybe true in a few examples,i have a dumb blonde here and there,but they seemed to be the exception and not the rule.
i love blondes by the way,my g/f hates it..lol

The blonde stereotype is developed due to blonde jokes as well as valley girl-type women. I for one don't truly believe this but I and my friends to sometimes make blonde jokes. Whether people actually believe it I don't know.

blonde jokes are just for laughs my gf has blonde hair and she is way smarter than my last gf who was a brunette so in my opinion hair color doesnt affect smarts unless you dye ur hair a bright neon color then i might think uracking in the smarts department
