TODAY is your lucky day. I suffer the same as you do.
I have the absolute best remedy for facial blemishes [aka pimples or what we call them---boogies]
Use a clean wash cloth-soak it in very warm water -wring it out [make sure all your make up is already off]
apply the warm cloth to your whole face
leave it on until the cloth loses its heat
repeat first step-get it warm-apply to face-twice-
the warmth opens your pores
get close to a mirror so you can see the blemish clearly
if it's formed a surface which is squeezable-then by all means-squeeze the gunk out-sorry I know it's gross
if it's not ready to be squeezed then dont mess with it!!
Instead use a cottonball to apply hydrogen peroxide-dab gently don't push or you could invert the squeezing action to underneath the skin and that will take twice as long to heal
let your pretty face dry then dab again-remember do it gently.
Do this every day around mid afternoon and again at bedtime.
If you have squeezed the pimple-use peroxide to clean it out-just as you would a cut or scrape-then use neosporin anti-bacterial ointment and a small bandage-I promise it will go away in two or three days-just don't mess with it. Keep the wound [yes it's a wound] clean by using peroxide and neosporin-your pimple will be gone in 2 days or fewer.
If your friends or anyone else laughs or squeels about your
bandage-tell them to talk to me! I'll set them straight.
Everyone gets pimples-its time we all stopped trying to hide them. Feel free to ask me anything about skin care, I've learned alot over the years.
Oh, I'm also pretty good with friendships, relationships, and human dynamics.
Oh, tell your mom-you love her.
Moms always need to hear it.
Have a great day.

Keep up w/ the warm compresses.
Do not try to pop it - you will end up w/ a bruised looking circle &/or a scab then possibly a scar.
Desert Essence Blemish Stick is the best spot treatment I've found. The next best thing is a clay mask. Neutrogena's Clear Pore Cleanser/Mask has clay & benzoyl peroxide. It works best as a mask.
You can try tea tree oil. 1% hydrocortisone cream will help reduce the redness & swelling.

You're going to have to deal with a lot of annoying acne. So get a spot treatment/concealer stick! That way, you could cover up the pimple and dry it up at the same time.
Try Maybelline pure concealer blemish treatment stick. It works, and you can get it from Walgreens.

overnight put either a)toothpaste directly on it. (only the white toothpaste, not any blue gel or anything!) it dries out the pimple. or b) neutrogena spot treatment. or you can use eyedrops that temporarily lessen the red of the pimple. keep putting it on every few hours though! zeno is also great but expensive and you have to order it..just use it in the future!
good luck!

Either Nutrogena Spot Treatment or Clean and Clear spot treatment. But with either one, you have to use a good moisturizer like Oil of Olay Facial Moisturizer.

Honey remedy for skin blemishes ... Cover the blemish with a dab of honey and place a Band-Aid over it. Honey kills the bacteria, keeps the skin sterile, and speeds healing. Works overnight. Dab honey on it and cover it with a band-aid. It should be gone by morning

-i heard baking soda & water works.. not sure though i heard it burns so be careful don't leave it on too long..
-umm lemon works it stings a bit at first but just give it time
-witch hazel might work for you, it won't get rid of it completely but the size will decrease a bit
-the toothpaste trick. make sure its not a gel and is white... from my experience it hasn't worked but from others it seems to

ICE!!! Hold ice on it for 30 seconds every 2 minutes for a while. I do that, and I notice that the swelling / redness goes away fast!
Good luck!
