Its more in my left foot and in my big toes. It seems to be getting worse and more noticeable the longer I have quit.

I noticed that once I quit I started getting tingling sensations in my legs. I did some research and found out that smoking cigarettes decreases the circulation in your body - so I made the diagnoses that my circulation was just returning to normal. I could be completely wrong - but I have been smoke free for 4 months and my legs don't tingle anymore. You still might want to call the doc just to get his/her opinion.

No that doesn't sound normal. See a doctor and they can probably prescribe you some medication. You may have restless leg syndrome but I'm not sure. Congrats on quitting smoking! Keep up the great work!

It's not normal. It has nothing to do with quitting smoking. I'm an ex smoker too. See a doctor. That has to be very uncomfortable. It could be a pinched nerve, a herniated disk, or a half dozen other things that only a doctor would be able to diagnose. Take care.

I quit about 6 months ago, and never had any tingling sensations. Sounds like a circulatory problem/issue, though. I would contact my Dr. Immediately!

this sounds like diabetic neuropathy, suggest you talk to your doctor, doubt it has anything to do with smoking cessation, congratulations on your first month smoke free!!!!
