I would really like to learn Zui Quan (Drunken Boxing)
but where?
how much would it cost?
would it be hard for someone with no martial arts experience?

Drunken Boxing takes a TONS of balance. It is a very difficult martial art to master. With that in mind, go for it. Learning and doing well with a style that is difficult to begin with will do you wonders for some of the more simple styles. You will be able to do the techniques easier. So yes, I think you should try it. Just do your best and remember, if it doesnt work out for you, Zui Quan obviously just isnt the right style for you. That doesnt make it inferior to other styles, as many people believe.

I dont know where a school would be, try checking online. The price of the classes would varry between each school, so I have no idea how expensive or inexpensive classes would be. I do know that one-on-one training is usually more expensive than taking an actual class, but it is more rewarding and you get better leasons.

It's extremely hard, and most places will not let you start until you advance to a higher level of another style. It requires falls, acrobatics, et cetera...

I'm having trouble searching, but you can get books, videos, and you might want to check the various Kung Fu schools in your area (There's millions in California). Ask them if they teach Drunken Kung Fu/Zui Quan.
