well aside from being terminally stupid? you are basically dehydrated. The tissues lining your nasal passages are dried out, cracked and bleeding. You need to be drinking WATER, at least two liters every day...you can remedy the problem with your nose over the short term by purchasing normal saline nasal spray, this is formulated to be the same pH as the body, so it moisturizes the nasal passages. But without drinking plenty of water, that only works for a short time.

you prob just busted a blood vessel. not to worry. take a q tip every night and coat the inside of your nose with vaseline. its prob either dry or you popped a vessel when you YACKED.
normal. i woldn't worry.
every summer i get bloody boogers. hahaha
its from the a/c and then the humidity. i hate the weather!
