What kind of mileage should I expect to get with this rig? Thank you for your answers

18-21 Mpg highway, 16.5 mpg in town depending on your tire size and driving habits.

nicely if as you're saying the Cummins is this manner of super motor then how come your asserting it keeps breaking down.I very own a Ford with the 7.3 diesel and that's a bite of crap that continuously desires some thing.I even have had 2 stay away from autos with cummins one exchange right into a ninety one and the Ford I now have is an 89 with below ninety,000 unique miles on it.The ninety one stay away from is now owned by a chum and has over 240,000 miles on it and that's 10x the the truck of any fraud I recommend Ford truck that I even have owned.

The Cummins should be fine at 230K. I'd bet on around 18 mpg or so with this particular model.

Better check the truck out real real good as it has a lot of miles, on the drive train. The front end always is turning it is not free wheeling.I have had 2 If stock 16-20 maybe.when new.How was this truck used?????If a work tr not.

don't worry about the mileage. diesels last a longer than an average... you get good gas mileage but it does cost more.

Answer: Check out the milegage on a "HONDA Accord".

Why: If you have to ask what kind of mileage you're going to get with a 5.9 Liter diesel engine, then you can't afford to fill it up.
