I know if you are good and virtuous your eyes will shine brightly and have a good happy manner, but how about a bad persons's eyes?

I believe that truly "evil" people can look as sweet as they want too or, as evil as they want too! The best are great at hiding their true intent and they are the ones who scare me! I wish eyes would truly give the hearts intent but, not always! Do not be fooled!

The Evil are strongly focussed, and know no regrets. Anger, greed and joy at their own cleverness are the only emotions they have. Many would say that they feel Lust. But, Lust is the call of the body for the physical side of love. In the Evil, what appears to be Lust is only a manifestation of their greed. It's the possession, not the physical pleasure that motivates them.
Bright eyes and a happy manner can be a sign of a virtuous heart, but they can also be a sign of true stupidity. The two aren't always the same.

Now, I can't say this goes for everybody, but have you ever seen pictures of or TV shows of serial killers? Most of them look like the boy next door, but their eyes are flat and lifeless. Alot of people who do really wacked out things also have what psychologists would call "inappropriate affect", which simply means that they respond to situations that are emotional, without any emotion or with an emotion that is inappropriate to the situation.

You really think you can tell if someone is good or evil (let alone the can of worms we might open trying to define those terms to everyone's satisfaction) by looking at their eyes?

Where do you come up with this reasoning? Ted Haggard had bright shiny eyes, so I guess that shoots that theory in the ***.
I can't say George Bush because I look into his eyes and behind them is a empty space.

Everyone is truly evil at heart... read the bible. "All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God." So the look in the eyes varies.
