There is this guy and his parents want us to be together. He is really shy, so his mom pulled him up off his seat cuz she wanted us to dance together. He was with a friend, so when we were dancing I looked over and saw his friend sitting all alone. I told the guy that I felt sorry for his friend, and he said "I don't". What does that mean? Does he like me?

After he said "I don't", he said I always try hook him up with girls but it doesn't work.

i think it ment that he doesn't feel sorry for his friend cuz he's dancing with u and he probably feels happy with u!

He could have meant that theres no reason to feel sorry for him because he's not some poor sap, he can do alright on his own.
And even thought he may not get the girl he still trys so no reason the feel sorry for him.

Don't dig too deep into it. It could have nothing to do with you. If you guys are friends, or if your talking alot then that could mean he likes you. Don't jump to conclusions because he's sayin he doesn't feel sorry for his friend. Maybe his friend gets alot of girl or has alot of dates...so he doesn't feel sorry for him. Or he could possibly like you. Maybe you should get to know this guy...

Was his friend a guy or a girl? If it was a guy, then that would be a normal reaction. If it was a girl, then yes he likes you.
