My 2001 Mustang is overheating, changed the thermostat but it didn't solve the problem, was suggested to check the exahust pipe for air pressure and the air coming out is very low pressure any other suggentions

Try a radiator flush. Also if the motor leaks oil, it will combine with dirt on the motor and insulate the metal causing the temperature to rise. If you have low exhaust pressure you exhaust system may be plugged. I saw something like this happen a few years ago when the engine needed an overhaul and instead of blowing blue smoke, the catalytic converter was burning it and causing it to glow. You might try a minor tune up and the air filter, change the plugs and plug wires and see if the condition improves.

A few things to check out,

1. Leaks.
2. Coolant in System.
3. Fuses.
4. Radiator Fan Motor operates?
5. Relays.
6. Water Pump blades.

Start out here , then if you can get more info ill be glad to help you out.

Check your oil,see if you are getting water in the oil.Could be you have a cracked head gasket.If so the oil will look creamy.

Start it up and after it heats up see if the fan is starting if not thats you problem
