it looks like ive grown another head on my chin i cannot squeeze it ,its agony the slightest knock kills,any ideas what to do?

ooo blind spot, they really hurt, don't try and squeeze it or it will last for weeks, and nothing will come out anyway!
Get a really hot flannel, as hot as you can stand and hold it on the spot to try and draw it a bit, and then just leave it to come to a head, but even then don't squeeze it because they just keep filling up lol

What you have is an infection either of a hair follicle or a sweat gland, a super zit if you prefer. Since it is still hard underneath, it is not ready to drain just yet. There is nothing you can apply to the spot to make it go away, the only thing you can do is encourage it to come to a head as fast as you can. You need to remove all makeup first. Apply heat with a clean damp washrag, as hot as you can stand it, as often as you can stand it. A very hot steamy shower or a steam facial is also helpful. You will be increasing blood supply to the spot to help fight the infection, and as your body begins to win the war you will see a white spot form on the top. This may take a few days to happen, it won't happen tonight. Keep applying heat to the spot, and resist the urge to poke, prod or squeeze it. When it is ready it will drain all on it's own, without any help from you. If you squeeze it or poke it before it is ready to drain, you can rupture the spot under the skin and make things much worse. If you leave it alone and apply heat, it should be done with in 2-3 days or so. Don't apply any potions to it, no creams, no toothpaste or whatever. If you have tea tree oil, you can apply a drop of that to the top. When it begins to drain, you can apply gentle pressure to the area to encourage it to drain a little faster, but be careful not to be too agressive there. After it drains, a drop of tea tree oil to the spot will help it heal faster. The pain will also go away the minute it begins to drain. Also be careful to keep your hands very clean and don't touch other parts of the face after you touch the spot. You can spread the infection to other pores of your skin, making more of them. The facial wash didn't do it, it just happens sometimes. My teens get them like this on rare occasions, and this is the fastest way I know to deal with them. It's low tech, but it works and you won't end up with a really nasty spot afterwards, or a scar either.

Hi just try and not touch it I get these lots on my chin and I cant help but sit there and squeeze it but it doesnt help any and then I get a scab on it and then it looks worse than it is.
I felt one coming up the other day as I used a moisturiser that bothered my skin. so as soon as it came up I went and washed off the moisturiser and I got some of these things from avon called correct fade and peel pads. There great they get rid of spots and blemishes and also help reduce the apperance of ance scarring and they so work. Anyways when I felt this spot coming up knowing what I was in for I wiped one of these wipes over my skin and it was gone the next morining and it isnt even there now. There really good better than having agaony with a pathetic spot

Sounds like a boil. A head will form anf when it bursts the relief will be instantaneous. Hot flanel on the face followed by a cold one may draw it out but best let nature take it's course Bathe it keep it clean when it bursts you will get a lot of rubbish out

I had a spot just like that last week they are really sore
The only thing you can do is keep putting antiseptic cream on it a few times a day
They seem to take ages to go

you need to smear semen all over your chin.
I am not being sarcastic, I am serious. I am a beautician.
The semen has bacteria fighting properties that get rid of spots within a day. Especially when the head hasn't come up yet, which is even better
all you need is a capful of your boyfriends j*zz and away you go.

Hun sounds like a boil to me. You wont pop a boil so dont try. They pop when they want and usually boils last a couple weeks. Just keep it clean and put a hot rag on it, this wont pop it but it will loosen it up so it can heal faster. Dont try to pop it with a needle or other object

ouch sounds painful. It could be an allergic reaction to something- sometimes when you eat too many sweets, nuts or oily food these appear. Don't try to pop it as it will scar. I found that sometimes just gently steaming your skin and then just dabbing some tea tree oil can get rid of them fast.
