Yes but you will lose mostly water and muscle and will can it back in the blink of an eye. 2 pounds is considered the max healthy per week.

8 pounds max.

Yeah if you weigh 200 lbs. If you weigh 100-145 you can probably only lose 5 lbs in 2 weeks.

I came close. I lost 12 pounds. Eat a healthy diet, excercise, and drink LOTS of water.

It is possible but most likely the steps you would take would be dramatic and risky. Exercise to an unhealthy and excessive degree, eat too lightly, live with headaches, stomach aches, etc.

I do not recommend this.

maybe if most of its water weight. You can only loose 1-2 pds a week safely.

YES i was doin a projest i wasn't suppose to eat for 2 days but i could only drink waTER I LOST 6 POUNDS IN 2 DAYS.

I suppose all things are possible, but I don't think that is a healthly way to go.

(unless you have had your tummy stapled.)

2 lbs per week is the safest way to go.

I don't think so. If you did, it would be water and muscle mass, instead of just fat, so you wouldn't look good. You could lose about 12, though, which would be all fat and no muscle.
