Urban myth methinks, since you can't even sell worn undies on e-bay I doubt they would permit open prostitution!
Not that prostitution is as abhorrent as some of you make out, it is the world's oldest profession. Prostitutes need to be protected not castigated, that's how they end up being murdered by wierdos like that man in Ipswich.

I don't know about the e-bay part, but poverty is so bad in some countries that a virgin can be sold by her family for a years' wages or more.

The Ebay thing sounds like an urban legend. It would be prostitution.

I can't actually think of anything wrong with this. It's her body and the person who bought 'it' was a consenting adult who knew exactly what they were paying for. Sounds more honest than half the marriages I've seen.

Either someone who is starved for attention and doesn't know who they are or someone who is so desperate for money that they are willing to sell their body. I think it's more likely to be the first. When girls can't find a sence of identity, they often turn themselves into sex objects as a desperate way to find an identity for themselves. You should read this book if you really want to understand this kind of behavior.

there are girls that sell their virginity to adult movie companies they film them getting popped, Some guys are turned on by this i on the other hand am not keen on watching that particular act, the girls make good money though so if its something you have and are getting close to 18 and dont have any problems letting the perverted world watch you cherry getting popped then by all means go for it its your life and body after all i for one will not be watching though.

I've not heard of it. On Ebay anything is possible, legal or not, but possible. Someone who would do that is looking for the most outrageous way to gain attention.
