ON THE FLOOR YESTERDAY. NOW YOU CANNOT SEE ANYTHING AND THE SCREEN LOOKS BLACK AND MESSED UP. YOU CAN STILL TURN IN ON AND EVERYTHING, BUT IF YOU TAKE A PICTURE, YOU CANNOT SEE IT, EVEN IF THE FLASH IS ON, THE FLASH DOES NOT SHOW. THIS IS IMPORTANT: I CAN REVIEW ONLY THE PICTURES AND VIDEOS I HAVE TAKEN BEFORE. IS THERE SOMETHING YOU KNOW I CAN DO, SO MY CAMERA WORKS PROPERLY AGAIN? HELP!!

Sounds like you broke it. Unless it is a pretty expensive camera, it's time to buy a new one, and hold on to it better next time.

You say you can see the pics you took before? Then it sounds like the image sensor may have broken when you dropped the camera. The image sensor is what captures the image that is stored in memory. Since you can see images that were stored earlier but the new images are black and messed up then it has to be the image sensor that broke when you dropped the camera.

You will have to send the camera in for repairs as there is nothing you can do to fix it yourself. Sorry.
