Kat,
Look at your legs in a mirror when you are standing on tip toes or wearing very high heels... Do you notice how your calf bunches up? Is this the look you want?

Ballet will keep your ankles tiny. Be faithful to your stretches at the barre. Become aware of your legs (especially the calf muscles) when doing steps and stretches. Keep a balance in your practice routines: Those that build the calf and those that stretch the calf muscle; both are part of ballet.

Ask your teacher's/instructor's input.

If you wear must high heeled shoes for work. Invest in negative heel shoes to wear for casual.

***Nothing is perfect*** unless you decide what you want to do. There are a lot of ways and ideas but it is up to you to choose one at a time.

Have you heard, if you see a small mountain of stones that was started by moving one single stone. Our body needs various kind of exercise to be in shape.

Once my teacher said, instead of doing punching practice a whole day and do not learn enough it is better to find a good teacher and learn in few minutes. I suggest it is good to ask here but also refer some pro. Or take any easy exercise which do not harm muscle and keep doing. People think doing difficult exercises will help them No that only hurt body.

Yup. Ballet is about the best way to get long lean legs. Pilates is also good, because it uses similar stretching techniques.

you could't extend muscle mass. Your muscle mass end at 2 factors on your bones, linked to the bone with the aid of tendons. to elongate the muscle, you will desire to relocate the tendons, that's impossible. OR in case you someway extend the muscle without shifting the tendons area, then you will purely have baggy muscle flopping around. Your physique is quite useful and could not do the latter. in case you opt for on your legs to be much less cumbersome, you could desire to be on calorie deficit and do finished of existence cardio to get your coronary heart cost above sixty 5% of your Max BPM
