its funny that you ask that because just last night when i was watching fireworks, during the finale there was a few (long) minutes of small bright flashes that actually looked like aweful strobe lights in the sky and i was like omg i am going to have a seizure! lol it was very intense and i didnt like it one bit, while i am not epileptic (sp) i can see how something like that can very easily cause a seizure. but normal fireworks are very bright arent as intense and happen at longer intervals so i am not sure but i know that if strobe lights can effect the brain and cause seizures then so can certain combos of bright long lasting and short lights made by fireworks...makes sence right?

Stress and fear can trigger off seizures, so if the fireworks fightened the person badly enough, it could be possible.
