The government pays the member 95 percent of what it would have cost the government to move the property up to the member’s maximum authorized weight allowance. How can I find out what 95% of cost would be for a 2LT?

There is no way to accuratly calculate what they'd pay you, since the price per pound changes almost on a daily basis. You'll have to go talk to transportation to get an accurate estimate on how much you'll make. It depends on how far you move is also. I moved almost a thousand miles and got paid about a dollar per pound.

unless all of your worldly possesions fit in the back of a U haul : DON'T DO A DITY!!! waaayyyyyyyyyyy too much hassle with all the weighing of things empty and full and all the actual packing of your crap and whatnot. seriously. yes it is possible to make a few dollars doing it, but the stress just ain;t worth it.

Check with finance, personnel or transportation. They should all have the chart.

Talk to your platoon sergeant. He'll train you and keep you out of trouble.
