also is the capsule of oil better for you? What are the benefits of each, if there is a diffrence?

Whole flax seeds are not digested (they will come out looking the way they went in)
crushed ones can be digested much better being a great source of fiber
flax oil is a great source of healthy fats your body needs.

I'm not 100% certian, and you should probably cross reference this, but I think one is crushed while the other is whole.
