Go to their web site. You'll see that they do web sites. If you don't recall asking someone to setup a web site for you, did you buy something from a web site (not one of the biggies like amazon or ebay)?

If not, then it might be a fraudulent charge. Contact your credit card company and ask them to provide further details.

Maybe check how the name is written because a compamy of a similar name charges my credit card for productions of dvds that I purchase for my own entertainment.

call the bank or credit card company, you wont have to pay if you were ripped off.
Unfortunatley, they are familiar with this kind of stuff.
