For starters, when shes on the Internet, make sure you are close by, and make sure the computer is in a family room where you can keep an eye on her.
Did you actually catch her? Sometimes when I check my bank I get alot of spam from Adult sites. But it hasn't happened since I put a blocker on them. If you didn't catch her, could it be anyone else in your household doing this?
If you know its her, you need to address this head on. Do not yell or try to embarrass her. Give her the talk about sex and if she has any questions, answer them age appropriately.
Good luck.

Talk to your daughter. Ask her how she found about that site or was it a popup that she clicked on? Did she see someone else view explicit material on the internet? Bottom line you want to protect her from online predators and viewing porn for child that age is psychologically damaging. Depending on the content. She might even start acting out sexually. If this happens, get her into counseling. Kids this age can know too much too soon. Definately get a parental control put on the computer. Supervise her. Talk to her about what she saw and how she felt. Do not over react even if you are shocked by her answer. If it is something more than an innocent incident (such as clicking on a pop up and being curious) get her into counseling.

I would start by asking her, in a non-threatening way, why she was looking at naked men. Approach it from a science standpoint. Kids at that age are very curious about how the opposite sex looks "down there".
I would follow up by telling her that there is a lot of stuff on the internet that isn't appropriate for her age. If she has questions, you'll be happy to answer them for her.
Right now you are setting the stage for her to come to you with questions when she is older. Start the open communication early!

Not to scold because I'm sure you will get this response BUT:
What was your 7 year old doing on the computer with out your supervision AND why dont you have a child lock on those types of sites. There is a computer program for that type of stuff. And I'm sure she is just curious about what a man or boy really looks like under his clothes. She may be ready for a very "bland" and limited talk about boys and girls and what the parts look like when she becomes a woman and a boy becomes a man. Other than that is too much. I'm sure it is no big deal but I would definately talk to her about it and lock up that computer!

Stop letting her on the internet when your not around. And put parental controls on your computer. It shouldn't be that difficult to keep your 7 year old from looking at inappropriate context. If you can't control her now, you're in for a hell of a time.

What you should do is be ashamed of yourself for letting your 7 year old daughter use the computer without adult supervision! And question why/how, at the age of 7, she is seeking out porn or KNOWS how to seek out porn?
You should explain to her that you were negligent, and that what either of you did is not appropriate (her looking at porn on the internet, and your allowing it). If she has any questions, you should answer them but mainly...SHAME ON YOU!

You can monitor what she does. The computer should be visible to you at all times while she is on it. If you can't supervise her then she should not be allowed to be on the internet. You can also get a program such as Net Nanny that blocks these types of sites

How the heck did she get to a site with Naked men? Obviously she is curious. Talk to her. But seriously!
