My measurements are 36-29-36. I have a big butt and medium bone structure. I feel really buff, is there anything that i can do to lose about 10 pounds?

Toss the scale!!!
It doesn't tell you how much muscle or body fat you have which really matters.
Your measurements are fine and your weight as well.
if you want to be healthier and lose some fat anyway follow this:
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and that's how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

If you're healthy, I wouldn't worry about losing weight. You're probably just real strong. 36 inch hips may seem big compared to other girls you know, but it really isn't that "HUGE". If you really want to lose weight, then go ahead and eat a lot of veggies and lean meat (such as grilled chicken and fish)...but you sound like you're in wonderful shape and that's better than being stick thin!

Sounds like you don't need to lose weight, but appreciate your fitness.
