There are quite a few key things that you should do in order to loose the weight. Severely limit your sodium intake (it makes you retain water weight).

Second and probably most important, drink alot of water. I normally drink 120-150 ounces a day. This will help to flush your system of impurities and also makes sure that you have the proper hydration.

***This is paramount to losing the weight in a short time. Eat six small meals a day. By small meals i mean it should only be 200 calories or less preferrably. By eating every couple of hours you force your metabolism to constantly break down the food which will make it 100 times easier to lose the weight.****

Make sure to stop eating for the day at six o'clock or before.

Losing weight is as simple as a math equation. Burn more calories than you take in. The best way is good ole fashioned work. I have an eliptical machine in my livingroom and what i do is to go to blockbuster get a good action movie and work out the whole time that i am watching the movie. You need to build up over time to that length of working out and make sure that you check with your doctor to make sure that the exercise wont harm you.

Well i hope that helps you. Let me know how it goes.

Go to walmart and buy "Smart Ones" meals. Eat at least one of them a day (usually for lunch). They're so yummy and cheap ($2-3 each for a whole meal). Stick to veggies, fruit, turkey, and water. Eat at home: cut out fast food and sit down restaurants! Exercise about 30 mins a day (whether with situps, lifting weights, running, walking...). And no snacking unless it's the fruit or veggies.

3 weeks? LOL.

You better ran 5-7 miles a day and eat nothing but healthy food. Plus that's just the minimum.
