Yes, theres plenty of unusual scholarships such as:

Ducktape Prom-you and your date wear outfits made of ducktape
Excellence in Predicting the Future-predict the future
Left-handed scholarship-if you're left-handed
Bagpipe-easy, theres only one person who has majored in bagpipes
Althete Mustache-have a milk mustache

I know that where I live the American Legion has a debate/speech contest for
scholarships. Call your local American Legion and ask.
