Feet are a weird place for hot spots. Are you sure that's what they are - i.e, have they been diagnosed by a vet?

Hotspot are areas of bacterial infection on the skin. They require antibiotics, which are only available from medical professionals - i.e vets, so go to one if you haven't already.

Shave around the area.

Dip a teabag (black or green tea) into scalding water.

Remove the teabag from the water and let it cool to a comfortable temperature.

Press it gently against the hot spot for a few minutes.

If he’ll allow it, tie the teabag in place with a strip of cloth and leave it on for an hour.

Strange as it sounds, the Blue Power Ear Treatment recipe (Google that term and you'll find it) also works great for hot spots. I've used it a few times on hot spots on my dog, they start to dry up right away.

Shave around the hotspots, and make sure to shave well past what appears to be the edge of the hotspot.

Then, take tepid water with some mild unscented soap and dab the area clean.

It is important to keep the hotspot clean and dry, and allow it to drain out.

If the hotspot does not improve, call your vet. They may need to take more agressive action to stop the hotspot from spreading.
