The immigrants were smart they actually united together in mass (one million in LA) and protested and stayed out of work last year. It had a HUGE effect in california. Everything grinded to a hault. I think their power scared of lot of people. So, they obviously can't say, we need to control these immigrants. The government instead is manipulating the public, creating fear and spin. They are saying that mexicans bring diseases, terrorists, all kinds of crap. Did you hear that so much before their march?? No! Mexicans are the new nationality to opress instead of the blacks, especially if you live in Arizona. It's getting really bad there for Mexicans. What is their crime? They want to be able to feed their family and take care of them. 99% are not terrorists.

Yes, only in that there isn't one other country on the face of this planet that would put up with the CRAP that Israel puts up with if they had Israels arsenal. As for immigration, no, not all illegal immigrants are bad, but they are illegal. That makes them criminals, not dangerous criminals but criminals nonetheless. The corrupt agents are dangerous criminals; it's worse when law enforcement officials break the law because they are the ones who are supposed to be enforcing the law.

A while back I stopped watching American TV news and started watching BBC news. You get a whole different view of the world from their reporting. And England is our biggest supporter in Iraq,so I wouldn't exactly call them a bunch of terrorist collaborators. Example, an interviewer for the BBC asked an Israeli commander--whose combat team shot a missille into a crowded Palestine marketplace to kill one terrorist and ended up killing 5 children--if he didn't think what he did was barbaric. Now, I can't make a judgment on what happened--I wasn't there, but if an American newscaster even ASKED that question, he'd be sending out resumes the next day. I even said to myself-wow-I can't believe he would ask that. But then again, why not?

There is no war on Immigration. We have millions of new Legal Immigrants every year and more than any other country on earth. The war is on the US government to make them inforce our immigration laws. There is also a war on corporations to stop their efforts of driving down lower and middle class wages, by flooding the job market with exploited illegal immigrants, while at the same time loosening the rules of fair labor practices.

The fight is to stop American business exploitation of illegal immigrants which could eventually lead to the exploitation of the American lower and middle class worker as well.
